Nestled along the pristine coastline line of Nusa Dua, The Ritz-Carlton, Bali’s dining venue, The Beach Grill, has recently unveiled a revamped menu, inviting guests to discover an exciting new culinary experience at the stunning beachfront restaurant.
To elevate the quality of the grilled items on the menu, the restaurant proudly utilises the JOSPER Grill Oven, distinguished for infusing a distinct smoky flavour to high-quality meats and locally sourced, premium-grade seafood. This symphony of offerings of land and sea is tastefully reflected in each dish served.
From succulent Wagyu beef to tender lamb chops, each dish is expertly crafted to bring out the best in these premium cuts. All of the grilled delights will be served with classic or innovative sauces to elevate the dishes to new heights. All menu from appetisers to desserts, highlights Bali’s rich bounty, using fresh, locally sourced vegetables, herbs and spices to enrich the flavour and authenticity of each dish.
Several highlights from the new menu include the Local Burrata, Wagyu Carpaccio, and Steak Tartare for the Appetisers; the Oxtail Consommé from the Soups option; Salmon Steak and Linguini Lobster for the Mains; Barramundi Fillet and King Prawn from the Seafood menu; the Pesto Pasta and Mushroom Risotto from the Vegetarian selection; and the Salted Caramel Cheesecake and Snow Strawberry Mille Feuille for the dessert.
Blessed with its direct beachfront setting boasting stunning panoramic views of Sawangan Beach, The Beach Grill spoils guests with a sophisticated hideaway featuring a couple’s table, a spacious lawn, a pavilion area with cosy sofas, indulgent cocktails, and a separate Bar.
The Beach Grill is open daily from 12pm to 10.30pm.
