Bali Good Food Month Celebrates the Island’s Culinary Scene

For one month this October and November, Bali’s food and hospitality community will come together to celebrate the island’s diverse culinary landscape through the inaugural Bali Good Food Month. Presented by the Bali Restaurant & Café Association (BRCA), the month-long programme will bring together restaurants, cafés, hospitality professionals and food lovers for a series of dining experiences, collaborations and special events across the island.

Running from 16 October to 14 November 2026, Bali Good Food Month is designed to highlight the people and places shaping Bali’s ever-evolving food scene. From chefs and restaurateurs to baristas, bartenders, producers and hospitality teams, the initiative celebrates the talent behind the island’s restaurants and cafés, while creating opportunities for collaboration and creative exchange.

Bali’s culinary identity is as diverse as the island itself, spanning traditional Balinese and Indonesian flavours alongside international cuisines and contemporary interpretations. Throughout the month, participating venues will showcase this diversity through special menus, collaborations and culinary activations, inviting both locals and visitors to experience a different side of Bali’s food culture.

The celebrations will culminate with a Food & Music Festival on Saturday, 14 November 2026 at Suwarga Garden, Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran, which will bring the month to a lively close. Set in an expansive garden setting, the one-day event will feature food and beverage booths from participating Bali venues, live music, interactive culinary workshops and opportunities to meet some of the people behind the island’s food and beverage scene.

The festival will also mark the official live launch of the Bali Good Food Guide, a new platform created by BRCA to help locals and visitors discover places to eat and drink across the island. The guide will feature restaurant and café listings alongside chef and hospitality stories, culinary news, food and beverage trends and stories from Bali’s dining community. More than a celebration of good food, Bali Good Food Month highlights the community, creativity, and collaboration that continue to shape Bali’s position as a dynamic culinary destination.
